Alla consegna della merce ti preghiamo di assicurarti che il pacco sia integro, non danneggiato, né manomesso; in caso sia danneggiato o manomesso ti invitiamo a ritirarlo firmando “con riserva di controllo” e di verificare successivamente, eventuali danneggiamenti della merce e/o mancanze.

Dopo quanto tempo verrà spedito il mio pacco dopo aver effettuato l’ordine?
Ci sono due fattori chiave che decideranno quando riceverai il tuo pacco.
1. Tempo di elaborazione dell’articolo: il tempo di elaborazione è il tempo impiegato dal venditore per preparare gli articoli per la spedizione.
2. Orario di invio degli ordini: gli ordini inviati dopo le 15:00 verranno elaborati il giorno successivo. Gli ordini inviati dopo le 15:00 di venerdì verranno elaborati il lunedì mattina.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Dear Customer, we can deliver the products you purchased via express courier within 3 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the time the courier takes possession of the package. You will be able to track the delivery using the tracking code we will send you via email.
